Door Assembly Technicians - Weekend Shift Only

Express Employment Professionals is working with a local manufacturer in Holmen, Wisconsin to hire assembly door technicians.

**Job Title: ** Assembly Door Technician - Weekend shift only - Holmen, WI

You will be assisting in the assembly of door frames, installing gauging, cutting frames, installing hardware, and installing windows into HVAC doors.

Wages and Hours: Weekend shift only 4AM - 4 PM - Friday-Sunday - work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours with perfect attendance - $24.50 / Hour

Job Duties:

• Assists in the assembly of door frames according to specifications.

• Install door parts such as hinges, test ports, and view ports under supervision.

• Cuts door frames on extrusion saw with precision and accuracy under supervision.

• Cuts hinges and builds pallets under supervision.

• Cleans glass for view ports.

• Assembles and boxes view ports for shipment.

• Learns and follows safety procedures rigorously.

• Learns quality standards.

• Support and learn from more experienced assemblers in various door assembly tasks.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Actively participates in training programs to develop door assembly skills.

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the role.

• Willingly assists other departments as needed, maintains a flexible mindset.

• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the assembly process
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver materials as needed
