Job Description
- Monitor passengers in other high-traffic areas
- Direct passengers to appropriate lines, checkpoints, counters, or boarding areas
- Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers
- Identify and escalate operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations
- Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments
- Perform other duties as requested
