    Job Description

    Door/Hardware Detailer

    Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. is seeking Detailer with Door and Hardware knowledge and experience.
     
    Position Requirements:
    • Extensive knowledge of Door Frames and Hardware
    • Ability to read and interpret Architectural Plans and Specifications
    • Knowledgeable in Life Safety and Fire Rating; knowledge in Hurricane Codes preferred, but not required
    • Ability to create Hardware Sets based on room functions
    • Ability to demonstrate extreme attention to detail
