Schwieters Companies is hiring a full-time 2nd shift Door Machine OperatorIf you are looking for an opportunity to advance with a growing company and enjoy seeing the beauty of craftsmanship come to life, this is the company for you.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare materials as needed before loading onto the door machineAttach door components using an assembly machine as well as hand toolsLoad/unload material properly onto/off the door machinePick material using a stand/sit forkliftManage orders to be completed in full and on timeUse a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locationsSelect material from shelves and prepare items for next stepsInspect all material for qualityStand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shiftHave constant communication with department lead on progress with work ordersWork together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on-time deliveriesOther duties as assignedBENEFITSMedical/Dental – Monthly premiums are paid for by the companyPaid Time OffHoliday pay401(k) with a 3% company matchPaid weeklyEarly wages access programLife, Accident, and Vision insurance QUALIFICATIONSPrevious machine operating experience a plusPrevious warehouse or material handler experience preferredComfortable learning to operate a forkliftCandidate must have a good work historyAble to lift 75+ lbs. comfortablySelf-motivated, self-directed team player and team builderAble to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail orientedCapable of standing for extended periods of timeFlexible in working overtime when necessaryWORK SCHEDULEMonday-Friday, 2:30-11pm, overtime as needed (2nd shift)Will train on 1st shiftPAY$23/hr.
