DOOR-TO-DOOR APPOINTMENT SETTER — $200 PER QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT + 3% OF SALES
Want to make money? We have a very simple deal.
We need someone willing to get out into neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, and generate qualified HVAC appointments.
We pay $200 for every qualified appointment you generate.
If that appointment results in a completed sale, we pay you another 3% of the sale.
A $10,000 sale = another $300 to you.
You do not need HVAC experience.
You do not need to diagnose equipment.
You do not need to sell an HVAC system.
You do not need to diagnose equipment.

Your job is to find interested homeowners and set the appointment. Our team takes it from there.
This is not the job for someone looking to clock in, hide in the background, and collect an hourly paycheck.
It is for someone who is outgoing, competitive, self-motivated, comfortable hearing “no,” and wants their income tied directly to what they produce.
Set 5 qualified appointments = $1,000.
Set 10 = $2,000.
Set 10 = $2,000.
And that’s before your 3% sales commissions.
No HVAC experience required. We’ll teach you what to look for, what to say, and how to identify a qualified opportunity.
Compensation:
Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+
- Earn $200 for every qualified appointment you generate
- Earn an additional 3% of every completed sale resulting from your appointments
- Multiple ways to generate leads—not just door knocking

- Unlimited earning potential—the more qualified opportunities you create, the more you can earn
Qualified appointment requirements and commission details will be discussed during the interview.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Has a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Does not allow rejection to slow them down
- Is self-disciplined, dependable, and able to work independently
- Enjoys networking and building relationships
- Is creative and willing to test new ways of generating leads
- Can represent the company professionally at community events
- Wants to control their income rather than earn a traditional hourly wage
- Enjoys setting measurable goals and exceeding them
- Is willing to consistently follow up and track results
No HVAC experience is required. We will teach you the industry, our services, and how to identify potential customer opportunities.
What we cannot teach is work ethic, confidence, personal accountability, and the willingness to keep going after hearing “no.”
