Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Memorize and Deliver Sales Pitches

• Learn and confidently engage with potential customers by understanding all services provided by United Roofing.

• Adapt communication style to engage effectively with diverse homeowners.

• Door-to-Door Engagement and Outreach

• Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to introduce United Roofing's services to potential customers.

• Conduct follow-ups via phone calls to secure leads, perform roofing inspections, and process inquiries.

• Perform Assessment of Roof Structure

• Inspect the underlying structure for signs of damage.

• Evaluate the roof's integrity for proper functionality.

• Product and Service Knowledge

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of United Roofing's services, policies, and benefits to inspire trust and encourage engagement.

• Confidently answer questions and overcome objections to achieve appointment-setting goals.

• Lead Generation and Information Gathering

• Collect key information, such as contact details, property needs, and signatures, to generate qualified leads for Closers.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions in sales software tools.

• Performance Goals

• Meet or exceed weekly quotas set by leadership.

• Community and Event Participation

• Represent United Roofing at local events, fairs, and exhibitions to expand brand awareness and connect with potential customers.

• Safety and Professionalism

• Follow all safety guidelines during inspections and maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.

• Demonstrate respect and courtesy while representing United Roofing.

Work Hours

• Candidates must be available for a daily meeting at 9:00 AM and should be prepared to travel as needed throughout the day.
• Peak hours of customer engagement will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean history is required.
• Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle available for daily use.
• Comfortable with Heights: Confidence in working at heights, including roof inspections, is necessary.
