Rare Diamond Marketing is expanding in the Houston market and is looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing sales team.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
- Educate customers on high-speed fiber internet services.
- Recommend the best internet package for each household.
- Complete customer enrollments using company-provided tools.
- Work closely with your Sales Manager to achieve daily goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial conversation through installation.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Uncapped commissions
- Top performers earn $1,500–$2,500+ per week
- Weekly direct deposit

Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone or tablet
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Door-to-door, retail, wireless, cable, internet, or solar sales experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Weekend opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling
