Rare Diamond Marketing is expanding throughout the Charlotte Metro Area and is looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our growing Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales Team.

As a Fiber Internet Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet while earning uncapped commissions and building a long-term career with one of the fastest-growing sales organizations in the industry. Charlotte continues to see expansion of fiber internet availability, creating opportunities for residential sales professionals.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
• Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet.
• Recommend internet packages based on each customer's needs.
• Complete customer enrollments using company-provided technology.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Compensation

• Uncapped Commission
• Top performers earn $1,500–$2,500+ per week

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone or tablet
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in door-to-door, wireless, cable, internet, retail, roofing, solar, pest control, or home improvement sales is a plus
