The Opportunity We are a thriving, fast-paced exterior property maintenance company looking for an experienced door-to-door sales professional to join our field expansion team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our service crews—following them into targeted neighborhoods to generate immediate residential leads, book on-the-spot appointments, and capture high-value residential and small commercial service opportunities. Because you already know the ropes of direct sales, we will fast-track your success by training you thoroughly on our specific services and processes to make your life and pitching easier.

Responsibilities:

• Canvas assigned residential and commercial neighborhoods to generate new customer leads
• Present and sell window cleaning service packages directly to homeowners and business owners
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build rapport with potential customers and deliver compelling door-to-door pitches
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the operations team
• Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate sales records

Requirements:

• Previous door-to-door, direct sales, or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, friendly demeanor
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation to travel within the Napa, CA service area
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
