The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the field creating opportunities, building trust with homeowners, and helping generate appointments for roofing inspections and estimates.

This is a face-to-face sales role for someone who enjoys being around people, can stay confident through rejection, and is motivated by growth, performance, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll spend your days canvassing neighborhoods, starting conversations, identifying potential roofing needs, and representing Hale Yeah Roofing with professionalism and integrity.

Success in this role comes down to consistency, coachability, and work ethic. You do not need to know everything about roofing on day one. We will train you. What matters most is that you are willing to learn, stay accountable, and keep improving.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door outreach
• Build trust quickly with homeowners through professional, respectful conversations
• Educate prospects on roofing concerns, storm damage, inspections, repairs, and replacement options
• Set appointments for inspections, estimates, and follow-up meetings
• Track activity, leads, and outcomes accurately
• Represent Hale Yeah Roofing with integrity, urgency, and a service-first mindset

Compensation

Earning Structure:

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Earn $120,000+/year (Uncapped earning potential based on performance)

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
