The Opportunity
We're hiring
Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads, set inspections, and close residential roofing deals throughout the Phoenix metro. This is a high-reward role for someone who knows how to knock, connect, and convert.

What You'll Do
- Knock doors in targeted Phoenix neighborhoods to identify roofing needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing issues, storm damage, and insurance claims
- Schedule free roof inspections for our team
- Follow up with leads and guide homeowners through the sales process
- Track activity and pipeline in our CRM
- Represent HomeLyfe Roofing with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven door-to-door sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
Preferred:
- Residential roofing sales experience
- Familiarity with insurance claims (storm/hail damage)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
