The Dorm Supervisor is broadly responsible for the effective management of the dormitory of Fasman Yeshiva High School. He must look after all aspects of a dorm student's physical and spiritual welfare as oversee the dorm staff. Thus, the principal goal of the Dorm Supervisor is to ensure the dormitory is a safe, positive, and well-run part of FYHS which will assist the dormitory students in developing into Bnei Torah.

General Issues
Ensure every Dorm student’s health, safety & welfare
Maintain constant awareness of the whereabouts of every Dorm student
Monitor the dorm as a place conducive to growing as a Ben Torah
Interact with parents of out-of-town students, including regular weekly email updates as to the status of their son(s) and the dorm in general.
Dormitory
Oversee and ensure effective discipline in the dorm
Supervise and ensure room and overall dorm cleanliness
Supervise Dorm staff by ensuring every student is in their room by curfew and their respective phones/laptops are in their assigned location
Supervise and ensure wakeup and davening attendance
Maintain check-out and off-campus procedures
Maintain log of dorm breakage and repairs
Coordinate with custodial staff to ensure the consistent upkeep of the dorm
Track student travel plans for vacation and inform other administrators in a timely manner
Medical
Maintain a general awareness of all medical issues
Supervise Infirmary (if relevant)
Have access to all medical and insurance forms
Available for emergencies and/or issues requiring school representation
Minor ailment diagnosis & treatment
Basic first aid
Shabbos
Erev Shabbos check-in (collect phones and devices)
Oversee and ensure out-shabbos plans for students
Promote a positive atmosphere throughout Shabbos
Organize and publicize schedule of weekly Zmanim
Alternate Leading Seudos and Oneg Shabbosim with the Assistant Dorm Supervisor
When present at Shabbos Seudos, organize Divrei Torah and Zemiros
Maintain availably to host talmidim over Shabbos
Seder & Tefillah attendance and supervision
Be available to assist with special programming (Torah Bowl, Shabbatonim, etc)
Provide Weekend Hashgacha, Kitchen & Eruv
Activity Programming
Coordinate all programs, including in and out shabbosim, with the Director of Student affairs
Oversee dorm staff in Planning and implementing student activities for dorm students, as well as weekend and special trips for dorm students
