Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-1pm
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Operations Manager

About the Role

As a valued member of the Jidan Cleaning team, Dormitory Cleaners play a vital role in creating a professional, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients and their students. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within student housing facilities, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, ready for occupancy, and reflect the high standards of quality and care Jidan Cleaning is known for.

This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to consistency. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work and understand that every clean space supports productivity, health, and morale in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dorm rooms, common areas, and hallways
• Perform restroom cleaning, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Wipe down high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and furniture
• Restock supplies as needed (paper products, soap, etc.)
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Prior cleaning experience required
