Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for coordinating the Department's responsibilities under the Native American Graves Protection & Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) as defined by 43 CFR Part 10. This extends to current collections curated under 267.115, Florida Statutes, as well as to those acquired under 872.05, Florida Statutes, Florida's unmarked human grave law.
