Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dosimetrist to join the Radiation Oncology team at a well-established medical center located in Southern Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing isodose treatment plans that ensure precise radiation delivery to cancer patients, supporting optimal clinical outcomes. You'll work closely with Radiation Oncologists and Medical Physicists to implement treatment strategies using advanced technology and software systems.This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values work-life balance, and is looking to advance their expertise in radiation therapy planning.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and calculate patient-specific radiation dose distributions using computerized treatment planning systems.
• Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to achieve clinical treatment goals.
• Use systems such as RayStation and Elekta Mosaiq for planning and data management.
• Demonstrate fluency in radiation therapy software applications and adhere to all clinical safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a physical science or equivalent required.
• Completion of a medical dosimetry program and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experienceor 3 years of on-the-job training under supervision with equivalent experience.
• National certification from the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (CMD) is required upon hire.
• Experience using RayStation treatment planning software and Elekta Mosaiq is strongly preferred.
