Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Job description:

We’re seeking an LPN to join our interdisciplinary care team, providing medication dispensing, clinical support, and patient care coordination with a special focus on methadone and Suboxone services.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense methadone/Suboxone safely and accurately per physician orders and protocols

Conduct patient assessments, observe behavioral and medical symptoms, and report findings to providers


Administer injections and assist with medical procedures as needed
Monitor and reconcile daily medication inventory (methadone/Suboxone)
Coordinate care with primary physicians, behavioral health teams, and external providers


Educate members on medication use, nutrition, and overall health needs


Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations on medication storage, dosing, and recordkeeping


Perform Suboxone inductions as ordered by a BHMP


Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation


Attend clinical team meetings and support interdisciplinary care plans


Additional Duties (Methadone Clinic):

Accurately dose methadone following all compliance guidelines
Secure and monitor controlled substances per DEA and agency policy
May include community outreach or home visits (if applicable)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

 

Clinical background (e.g., LPN, RN, or other qualified credential)
Experience or interest in substance use treatment and medication-assisted therapy
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work in a regulated medical setting


Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to recovery-focused care


This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals in recovery while working as part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

Schedule: 4X10s with 1 Saturday a month.

Valid LPN is required to apply.
