Position Overview
The State of Ohio ODRC is seeking a
Programmer 3 (PR3) with strong experience in
C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded developer capable of working independently across multiple projects, from solution design and technical planning through development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Azure.
- Perform solution design, technical planning, analysis, and system design.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server applications, including stored procedures, functions, tables, and views.
- Develop and support web applications and APIs.
- Perform system/unit testing and create test documentation.
- Create technical documentation covering application functionality and testing methods.
- Develop business and functional flow diagrams.
- Recommend and implement software reusability guidelines.
- Provide technical mentoring and knowledge transfer to peers and lower-level staff.
- Analyze existing applications and recommend improvements.
- Work across multiple projects as directed by the Application Manager.
- Develop reports and perform lower-level programming tasks as needed.
- Work with Git for source code and document version control.
- Remain flexible and adopt new tools and technologies as required.
