Doubletree TCC Director of Operations

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of the Doubletree TCC hotel operations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and guest satisfaction within the hotel.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L statements.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the operational success of the Doubletree TCC hotel, including overseeing operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Manage and lead a team of department heads to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, even during non-traditional hours.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability while working flexible hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally at all times, including outside regular business hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee development, even during evening shifts and weekends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and enhance the hotel's market position, potentially working during off-peak times.
