PROJECT MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing project tasks, schedules, and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers. Applies basic project management principles to support planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional activities, tracks progress, and assists in resolving project issues. Contributes to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Project management experience.

Proficient in managing project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications with increasing autonomy

Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices across business functions

Experience with coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and resolving day-to-day project issues

Advanced knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and change management processes

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to support project execution and visibility

Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement, issue escalation, and project governance practices

Basic skill in identifying project risks and contributing to mitigation planning and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Desired - Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Desired - Professional Certifications (e.g.,PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification)

Desired - Experience managing vendors or third-party contributors a plus.

Desired - Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
