Job Description
Downeast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team as the Sales Lead at Park City, UT location.  This position reports to the Sales Manager.  Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service-oriented environment.  Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be extremely reliable.

You are part of a team at Downeast dedicated to success.  We are looking for an exemplary candidate who is interested in a fun and friendly work environment and dedicated to providing excellent friendly customer service, driving sales for the store, and maintaining integrity and safety in the workplace.

Essential Functions
  • Customer Service
  • Cash handling, cash drawer
  • Responsible for opening or closing the store
  • Hanging clothing
  • Straightening racks
  • Placing new items in store
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
  • Driving sales

Working Conditions
  • Must be able to stand entire shift
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
