Job Summary for Downstream Business Release Manager

- Lead planning, governance, and execution of business releases in a large-scale digital transformation program.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, operations, project teams, and IT organizations.
- Ensure release scope, priorities, schedules, and deployment activities align with business objectives.
- Drive release readiness and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
- Manage risks and dependencies associated with releases.
- Oversee operational readiness and support deployment activities to minimize disruption.
- Coordinate with various Downstream business organizations to ensure successful execution.
- Promote and enable successful business adoption and realization of business benefits.
- Manage business scope and prioritization, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and maintain effective governance.
- (Nice to have) Technical hands-on skills, Oil & Gas industry experience, and SAP experience.
- Required skills include project governance, and scope & change management.
