Join us as a Senior Associate, End to End Flow Controller, and take charge of optimizing supply chain operations from start to finish. You'll monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to ensure materials and information flow seamlessly across the entire supply chain. What will you do? Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective strategies Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely material delivery and reduce lead times Optimize inventory management processes to balance supply and demand while controlling costs Facilitate cross-functional communication to align activities and resolve supply chain issues proactively What are the key skills we are looking for? End-to-End Control Tower - developing level; monitoring supply chain activities to ensure seamless product flow Material Management Tool - intermediate level; tracking and managing material movement across the supply chain Supplier Portal Tool - intermediate level; coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues Problem Solving - intermediate level; identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve flow Inventory Management - developing level; balancing stock levels to meet demand without excess Planning Tools - developing level; using systems to forecast and align supply chain activities Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - developing level; aligning sales forecasts with inventory and production plans Short Interval Management - developing level; monitoring real-time performance to address issues proactively What qualifications will make you successful? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
