What You'll Do as a Downstream Technician:- Promote a culture of safety and follow all safety protocols on the production floor
- Conduct visual inspections and label finished products to ensure quality standards
- Track production quantities to support efficiency and output goals
- Package pipe products according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment with consistent use of PPE
- Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changes, and downstream equipment setup
- Collaborate with line operators to meet daily production targets
- Support continuous improvement and perform general housekeeping tasks
What You Need to Bring to the Downstream Technician Role:- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying temperatures for extended periods
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for 8–12 hour shifts
- Ability to perform movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, and squatting
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
