We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Wilmington team as Draft Beer Line Technicians. No industry experience is required, we provide paid, hands-on training and will teach you everything you need to know.

As a Draft Beer Line Technician, you'll travel to bars, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment venues throughout the Wilmington and Cape Fear area, helping ensure every pint is served exactly as the brewer intended.

Starting Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

A Different Office Every Day

You'll spend your workday visiting local bars, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment venues while working independently on an established service route. What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain commercial draft beer systems
• Service direct draw and keg box draft systems
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure beer quality
• Troubleshoot basic draft system issues
• Complete service records using our mobile app
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Represent CBG Draft Services with professionalism at every account

• Are mechanically inclined or enjoy hands-on work
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Take pride in doing quality work

Experience in restaurants, bars, breweries, hospitality, delivery, maintenance, construction, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll regularly:

• Lift up to 55 pounds
• Move beer kegs weighing up to approximately 165 pounds using proper equipment and safe lifting techniques
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs throughout the day
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
