Build a Skilled Trade Career with Paid Training and Growth Opportunities
PRO BEV® is hiring an Installation Technician to join our growing team installing commercial draft beer and beverage dispensing systems. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will work alongside experienced technicians to build and install mechanical systems at customer locations. If you enjoy working with tools, being on the move, and seeing a finished product at the end of the day, this is a strong opportunity to develop a specialized technical trade. No prior draft system experience is required. We provide paid training through PRO BEV University to help you build real skills and grow into a long-term career.
This role focuses primarily on installation work, including running trunk lines, installing hoses and mechanical components, connecting system parts, and assisting with system startup and testing to ensure proper performance. Work is completed as part of a team, with hands-on guidance from experienced installers and team leads. As your skills grow, you will have the opportunity to cross-train into service and maintenance work.
This is a great fit for someone with experience or interest in HVAC, plumbing, construction, warehouse, or other hands-on roles who wants to build a long-term career in a skilled trade.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and installation equipment, with the ability to follow instructions, installation plans, and technical specifications while maintaining attention to detail and pride in clean, professional work. Reliability, communication, and a team-first mindset are essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required due to local travel to job sites.
