Position Summary:  

The Draft/Lead Merchandiser works in local stores to keep our products fully stocked on the shelves. This position maintains product availability and merchandises products at all designated accounts. The Lead Merchandiser supports the delivery and/or merchandising supervisors with teaching and coaching of the merchandising team during the week and on the supervisor’s days off. 

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • As a Draft Technician, you will check temperature, pressure and expiration date of beer 
  • Draft Technicians also diagnose and solve draft problems and report discrepancies to management 
  • You maintain daily and monthly logs of line cleaning and service calls as a technician 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age 
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience 
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 175 pounds 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certifaction
