What You'll Do as a Drafter:- Create detailed construction documents, SIP shop drawings, and panel plans for a variety of building projects
- Review project specifications, CAD models, and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
- Analyze project information and determine the most effective panel layouts and design solutions
- Communicate technical information with clients, project managers, engineers, and internal team members
- Maintain organized project documentation while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
What You Need to Bring to the Drafter role:- 1+ year of drafting and/or AutoCAD experience preferred
- Degree and/or experience in construction, building science, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD required; Revit or similar drafting software experience preferred
- Strong math aptitude and understanding of structural and architectural concepts
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
