We are a design firm in Sherman Oaks seeking an experienced Drafter and Expediter. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience drafting plans, sections, elevations, and details. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings is essential, and knowledge of SketchUp and local building codes is a plus. The role involves frequent communication with city offices and requires punctuality, multitasking, and working under pressure. Strong computer skills and familiarity with rendering are necessary. California residents only.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
