The Sr. Drafter position requires 10+ years of drafting experience, with an associate's degree in drafting and design preferred.
Responsibilities include leading the development of 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings based on input from designers and engineers, revising existing drawings for plant retrofit projects, and conducting plant-site walkdowns to gather field data.
Required skills and expertise include proficiency in CAD software, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication, knowledge of engineering design principles and standards, and experience leading small to medium projects.
Candidates should be committed to quality, safety, and design excellence, and capable of building effective relationships with plant staff, engineers, and vendors. Familiarity with SCS Line Design processes and procedures, particularly in FPK, is highly preferred.
