Drafting Litigation Attorney | Remote – Florida
A highly regarded Florida law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Drafting Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced attorney who excels in legal research, writing, and sophisticated motion practice.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience and the ability to take ownership of complex drafting assignments. Experience in construction litigation, land use, and/or appellate matters is a plus.
Draft substantive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other complex litigation documents
Conduct detailed legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
Support attorneys on sophisticated civil litigation matters
Analyze complex factual and legal issues and translate them into clear, effective written advocacy
Collaborate closely with firm leadership and experienced litigators on case strategy
Manage assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment
Active Florida Bar admission
3+ years of litigation experience
Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Experience in construction, land use, or appellate matters is a plus
Self-motivated attorney who can work independently while remaining highly collaborative
Leadership qualities and a desire for continued professional growth
