Job Title: Drafting Manager
Job Description
The Drafting Manager leads the engineering and drafting teams to produce highly accurate, fully buildable, and installation-ready drawings for cabinet, millwork, and related construction projects. This role establishes and maintains drafting and engineering standards, oversees detail libraries and cabinet systems, and ensures that all deliverables meet rigorous quality expectations. The Drafting Manager also plays a key role in coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and drafters while contributing to a strong culture that values service, quality, and long-term commitment.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, averaging 45-50 hours per week. The environment emphasizes a strong, supportive culture with high employee tenure and a shared commitment to service and quality. The Drafting Manager works closely with engineering and drafting teams using tools such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, and related drafting and construction documentation technologies in a professional office and production-oriented setting.
