About the Opportunity
A fast-growing design and engineering firm in Georgia is expanding its internal capabilities and seeking a Draftsman with strong Revit experience to play a key role in building out its in-house production team. With increasing project demand, this is an exciting opportunity to help establish efficient drafting workflows, support major commercial projects, and grow alongside a thriving organization.
This role offers more than production work-you'll be a foundational team member helping shape standards, processes, and the future of the firm's design delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed construction documents and drawings using Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to translate concepts into technical plans
- Assist in establishing and maintaining drafting standards, templates, and workflows
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project delivery
- Support multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Contribute to improving processes as the in-house team continues to grow
What We're Looking For- Drafting experience in architecture, engineering, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with commercial projects preferred
- Solid understanding of construction documents and detailing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced setting
