Drain Technician

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Drain Tech and become a vital part of maintaining and repairing essential plumbing and drainage systems across residential sites. As a Drain Tech, you'll apply your mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to deliver top-quality service while advancing your career in the trades industry.

What You'll Do:

• Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
• Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
• Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required. This includes basic drain cleaning/clearing equipment, such as trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes.
• Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
• Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
• Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
• Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Experienced in sewer and drain cleaning
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
• Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques
• Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check & drug test (MJ OK)
