The Drayage Operations Support Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and supporting all of NFI Cal Cartage’s Drayage systems and processes, both internal and external, while ensuring data integrity in all information systems. The focus of this position is to ensure NFI Cal Cartage meets all business requirements, while developing KPI reporting and providing “value-add” efficiencies to our operations. The role is responsible for creating procedures/polices to support and govern Drayage related systems, functions, and processes, and implementing effective operational training and training methods throughout the organization. This position reports to the Director of Operations Support.
Responsibilities:We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,668.00 - $94,224.00. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
