The role involves developing operational concepts, procedures, flight rules, and training materials, as well as providing real-time mission support to ensure mission success. The ideal candidate has experience in mission planning, working closely with spacecraft designers, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and systems architecture. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, experience with systems engineering tools, spacecraft systems, project management, and communication systems.
