Qualifications include at least 6 years of restaurant experience, 3 years of supervisory roles, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required. Certifications like Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe should be obtained within 90 days. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills are essential.
