Seeking a Drill Operator for a PCB manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC drilling and routing equipment, executing programs, performing various drilling types, and verifying panel alignment with x-ray equipment.
Must inspect drill bits, conduct in-process quality checks, record production data, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience in CNC or PCB manufacturing preferred, ability to interpret technical instructions, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, safely around chemicals and equipment, and flexible for overtime.
Hourly pay ranges from $20-$25 based on experience and skills.
All employees must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.
