Job Title: Driller Assistant Technician
Job Summary:
The Driller's Assistant/Technician position is to assist in ensuring drilling operations are executed in accordance with the drilling plan from implementation, completion, and abandonment of drill sites. The Technician works with the Driller/Operator and crew in preparing the equipment and site for the drilling operation, setup, and breakdown of drilling sites, which includes repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing which are done throughout the normal workday. This individual promotes safety and reports safety problems, incidents, accidents, or irregularities. Acts as a member of a team.
We are currently hiring Seasonal Helpers and will review business needs and work performance after 90 days of employment. All non-experienced helpers start at the base hiring rate, unless a valid commercial drivers license is held.
All field positions require the operation of company vehicles and are classified as Safety-Sensitive. Candidates who receive a job offer must successfully complete and receive clearance on a 10-panel drug test, alcohol screening, Fit-for-Duty evaluation, and provide a current Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
