    Drilling Material Coordinator-Oil and Gas

    Your role on the team: (job description)

    • Tracks material statuses by utilizing SAP IMOM reporting
    • Observes trends and customer requests to create and maintain maintenance schedules
    • Participates in weekly material coordinator team calls to address issues and concerns being faced
    • Continuously improving the use of ERP systems for greater visibility and planning efficiency of materials required to support drilling operations and projects
    • Maintaining strict cyber and personal security protocols for sensitive drilling and project information
    • Coordinating closely with drilling, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory of critical drilling materials
    • Providing regular updates on material availability, shortages, and delivery timelines to drilling supervisors and project managers

    What you need: (requirements)

    • Minimum 3 years of related experience in material coordination, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in the oil and gas industry
    • Bachelors degree in supply chain or a related field preferred
    • SAP experience, specifically Material Management related
    • Inventory Control experience
    • PC Proficient with Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
    • Oil and gas experience preferred

    • Basic knowledge of demand planning and maintenance scheduling relating to materials fulfillment and supply chain
    • Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving and warehousing operations
    • Willingness to improve and learn
