    Ground Support Equipment Driver II - 2nd SHIFT-

    Description:

    Responsible for flight line support, and some maintenance shop support. Primary function is to support the flight ramp by delivering and picking up ground support equipment as required. Operating the mobile fuel truck to service equipment on the maintenance pads, no CDL required.

    What you will be responsible for:

    Performs daily flight line driving and servicing functions on simple components

    Pick up and delivery of equipment

    Operating forklifts, aircraft tugs, and ground support equipment

    Sets up and operates GSE

    Fuels GSE on the flight line as required

    Communicates orally and written with employees, supervisors and others

    Performs assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions

    Maintains documentation and time accounting systems associated with repairs (Track labor hours per job)

    Complies with all applicable technical orders, equipment manuals

    Maintains immediate work area, facilities, and vehicles using good housekeeping and safety practices

    Assists other mechanics

    * Performs other duties as required

    Perform some basic troubleshooting
