We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working lead installer with a minimum Class B CDL to join our team. This role will require the applicant to drive a commercial motor vehicle to and from jobs and to serve as a lead installer for parking bumper jobs. This job requires manual labor in addition to driving. 

The ideal candidate will be organized with the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality work. Project management skills and customer service are necessary traits for this role. As a lead installer, you will be responsible for the setup and installation of parking bumpers, ensuring they meet our company’s standards and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Review and plan scheduled jobs.
  • Load, deliver, and install materials for those jobs.
  • Perform installation of parking bumpers, including reviewing scope of work, discussing job details with on-site client representatives, and conducting thorough inspections of installed products to ensure highest-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns related to installations.
  • Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements


  • Must have a valid driver's license and Class B commercial motor vehicle license with an airbrake endorsement. Class A licenses are preferred.
  • Proven experience in installation or construction related industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
