The Staff Pad is partnering with Cadogan Tate to hire a professional and dependable Driver to support high-value furniture and artwork transportation, delivery, packing, and installation projects.
This role is ideal for someone with moving, delivery, installation, or logistics experience who takes pride in providing exceptional client service while handling valuable items with care and precision. Drivers play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport, deliver, pack, and install high-value furniture and artwork
- Lead crews on projects and communicate job expectations clearly
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including:
- Condition Reports
- Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Supply Lists
- Invoices
- Inventory and Matrix sheets
- Tag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for storage or transport
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and equipment
- Train and mentor team members on proper handling, packing, and installation techniques
- Ensure safe handling and movement of client property at all times
- Identify and resolve challenges during installations, moves, or packing operations
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all driver safety standards and vehicle procedures
- Report damages immediately and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project completion
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or logistics work
- Previous customer service or team leadership experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and proof of insurance required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Professional demeanor with excellent client service skills
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
Work Environment & Schedule
- Typical schedule ranges between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM based on project needs
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel required
- Up to 25% travel, including overnight and out-of-state trips
