Required Qualifications
- 2 years of recent verifiable, current driving experience minimum of a 22 ft box truck/stake bed truck
- Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
- Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
- A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must have a clean driving record for at least the past 3 years (including no suspensions, restricted license, or DUI and no more than 1 moving violation within any 1-year period).
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
