Full-Time | Up to $16.00/hour

Do you love driving and have a passion for helping others? At Pyramid Healthcare, our Drivers play an important role in helping people access treatment and take their next steps after completing care. You’ll provide safe, reliable transportation to and from our program while treating every client with the kindness, dignity, and respect they deserve.
Best of all, you’ll drive company vehicles and use company gas cards, so there’s no cost to you for fuel or wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
Safely transport clients to and from programs, appointments, and approved locations.
Provide a professional, respectful, and supportive experience during transportation.
Prioritize client safety and well-being.
Communicate with clients, clinical staff, and team members.
Complete required transportation documentation.
Follow transportation and safety procedures.
Help keep assigned vehicles clean, safe, and ready for use.
Remain calm and professional when working with individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use-related challenges.
Up to $16.00/hour

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Tuesday–Saturday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Comfortable driving for extended periods and working with individuals receiving behavioral healthcare services.
Experience in the following is a plus:
Medical or EMS
NEMT or patient transportation
Uber/Lyft or other rideshare services
Amazon or delivery services
Healthcare or patient care
Behavioral health or substance use treatment
A background in behavioral health is helpful, but a caring attitude, reliability, professionalism, and commitment to safety are what matter most.
