Schedule: This position follows a registry/per diem schedule with hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. Flexibility to pick up shifts during the week and occasional Saturdays is needed.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Drives the van safely to and from schools, daycares, community events and maintenance.
  2. Manages systems related to the vehicle.
  3. Maintains the vehicle and performs vehicle checks and logs.
  4. Responsible for keeping the vehicle cleaned and serviced.
  5. Ensures safety sticker, emissions, city sticker, license plate registration and insurance are up to date.
  6. Ensures safety on the van.
  7. Provides administrative assistance including tasks such as telephone calls, insurance/billing, scanning, copying and EHR documentation.
  8. Collaborates with other Mobile Services team members.

Requirements:

One or more years of experience.

High School diploma or equivalent.

State of Illinois Driver’s License required. CDL class C license

 CPR certification preferred.
