The Five Star Senior Living division spans more than 30 states and includes more than 250 Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer's/Memory Care, Healthcare Centers, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
 
AGEILITY provides both inpatient and outpatient services to over 150 communities – offering Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services.
