How You’ll Make a Difference

You’ll be one of the faces our customers see and count on every day. By delivering equipment safely, on time, and ready to work, you’ll help crews stay productive and projects stay on track.

This is a role for someone who values safety, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a team that looks out for one another.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safely and on time. Pick up and deliver heavy machinery and equipment throughout the local territory, typically handling 3–4 loads each day with pickups along your return route.

  • Own every load. Safely load, unload, inspect, and secure equipment according to SitePro, DOT, Federal, and State requirements.

  • Take care of customers and equipment. Help customers understand safe equipment operation, perform pre-delivery and pre-pickup inspections, and assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed.

  • Keep your rig ready. Maintain a clean truck and trailer, complete daily vehicle inspections and delivery records, and stay current on required safety training and certifications.

What You’ll Bring

  • A valid Class A CDL, high school diploma or GED, and preferably 2+ years of commercial driving experience.

  • Experience around forklifts, heavy equipment, or a related industry is preferred, along with a strong understanding of safe equipment handling and operations.

  • A safety-first, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and the dependability to work a typical 6:00 a.m. to 4:00–5:00 p.m. schedule, plus rotating weekend on-call coverage approximately every five weeks.

  • The ability to perform a hands-on role that includes frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75 pounds, with local travel to customer and job sites.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Local routes that keep you close to home while serving customers throughout the Houston area.

  • A hardworking team that has your back, where safety, integrity, and looking out for each other come first.

  • Work you can take pride in, helping customers get the equipment they need to keep important jobs moving.
