Job Description
- Deliver food orders safely, accurately, and on time to customers.
- Pick up orders from restaurants, warehouses, or food-service locations.
- Verify orders before leaving to ensure correct items and quantities.
- Handle food carefully and maintain proper food-safety standards.
- Follow GPS directions and assigned delivery routes.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.
- Collect payments or obtain delivery confirmations when required.
- Load and unload food products safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks before and during shifts.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect orders to supervisors.
- Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic delivery issues.
