About the Role

<\/div>My Little Helper & Co LLC is seeking dependable and customer -focused drivers to join our team for the CATS Micro transit service. As a driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation to passengers across the Charlotte area. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to safety, and a genuine commitment to customer service.

<\/div>Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>
<\/div>Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
<\/div>Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting individuals with disabilities, seniors, and the general public as needed.
<\/div>Follow assigned routes and schedules using dispatch instructions and GPS systems.
<\/div>Conduct pre -trip and post -trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
<\/div>Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
<\/div>Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and presentable always.
<\/div>
<\/div>Qualifications
<\/h2>
<\/div>Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
<\/div>Must have been a licensed driver for at least 3 consecutive years.
<\/div>Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
<\/div>Must be at least 21 years old.
<\/div>Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (as required).
<\/div>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/div>Customer -service oriented with a professional and respectful demeanor

<\/div>Preferred Experience
<\/h2>
<\/div>Previous driving, shuttle, para transit, or transportation service experience a plus but not required.
<\/div>Experience working with elderly or disabled passengers.
