Driver & Customer Service Associate PT

Immediate opening for a driver and customer service associate to deliver, assemble customer orders, and admin support for a dry cleaners in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. Schedule is 3-4 days per week, starts at 7 am until finished, 25 hours per week. Interpersonal skills are a must.

Pay · $18 to $20 per hour

· Schedule: 3-4 days per week at 7 am to 3 pm

· Previous dry cleaners experience a plus but not required.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions

· Deliver and pick to assigned routes using company van

· Excellent customer service

· Tagging and marking incoming items

· Assembly of orders

· Resolves service problems via phone or email

· Accurately records client information

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Must have a valid California driver's license

· Driving record must meet the requirements of company's insurance carrier

· Must be professional and provide excellent customer service

· Must speak English, basic computer skills
